Bug Description

HP Device Manager always showed Error 5002 (device is busy powered down or unplugged) as Status for my M476DW. In addition, under supplies, no toner levels were shown.

I have modified the "[hp_color_laserjet_mfp_m476dw]" entry in /usr/share/hplip/data/models/models.dat. The full entry I have attached below.

By changing status-type=12 to status-type=10 error 5002 disappeared. Adding the r0-agent* entries made the supplies display (and hp-levels) work.

Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket?
If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to this bug?
If you are, could you let us know and, in the current version, could you run the following (only once):
