Bug Description
Binary package hint: hotkeys
This has happened since kubuntu edgy. Sometimes on startup hotkeys just doesn't start or apparently starts and crashes immediately. I cannot say if this is due to using using a hotkey it controls while it is still starting or if it is just in general, but I know this time it at least happened during startup and I pressed a hotkey while the hotkey splashscreen was still loading/visible.
