Bug Description

After last update of Ubuntu 14.04 hostapd won't start anymore:
$ service hostapd start
 * Starting advanced IEEE 802.11 management hostapd [fail]
It frequently causes wireless deauthentication
Software: hostapd 2.1-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu 14.04
Hardware: Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11bgn Wireless Network Adapter
