The error messages are not clear

Bug Description

The error message returned by horizon is not clear.
For example, when the creator of a shared image is deleted, the other users will get an error message 'Unable to retrieve the project', but it is not clear.

Thank you for reporting this and making Ubuntu better.

This doesn't appear to be limited to the Ubuntu package so I've added upstream horizon to the bug for their input.

As part of https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/refactor-error-messages, error messages raised from Django implementations have been improved a lot. Users can now see message details along with the summary message. AngularJS implementations still have a room to be improved, but I think this bug can be marked as Done (Fix Released). Thought?
