Bug Description

one of latest updates for 11.04 broke the wired networking after hibernate.
the link is up, ip address is assigned, routes are present.
I don't use network manager.
Changing to older kernel images (2.6.38-8/10) couldn't help.
Network restarting or setting up/down can't help.
Only system restarting or setting of promiscuous mode on the network device (RTL8111/8168B) helps.

The kernel seems to be able to send packages, but not to receive.

Workaround: Reloading of the the network-driver kernel module (in my case r8169).
