This crash report is quite unactionable...
Looking at the stacktrace it seems to be cause by OpenSSL, but,...

Did it happen again? If this is reproducible in any way, would you please install the debug symbols of hexchat openssl and all the other relevant libraries and see if you can get something more actionable? Otherwise I fear there is not much we can do.
