Dialog window shows on a shot of gnome-screenshot only in hexchat on 16.04

Ubuntu 16.04 Clean install with latest updates

Starting gnome-screenshot GUI icon and making a screenshot with the dialog window on top of hexchat
results that the dialog window is also captured in the screenshot.

I can't reproduce anywhere else then on top of hexchat
