  * Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - d/control: depends on resource-agents-base. The resource-agents
      transitional package has been removed from noble. The Debian fix
      to use resource-agents | resource-agents-base has not worked.
  * Drop Changes:
    - d/libheartbeat2.symbols: mark strl* symbols as optional. These were
      included in glibc 2.38.

heartbeat (1:3.0.6-14.2) unstable; urgency=high

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/control: Replace build-dependency on systemd with systemd-dev.
    (Closes: #1060553, #1071314)
  * Merge changes from Ubuntu:
  * debian/control: Allow using alternative dependency of
    resource-agents | resource-agents-base. This helps Ubuntu who made
    resource-agents to be a removed transitional package.
