Merge 3.30.0-6 from Debian Sid

3.30.0-6 has been uploaded to Debian Sid. We should merge their changes.

Just a note, they applied our delta in 3.30.0-5 but reverted it in 3.30.0-6 because they realized that they didn't didn't need our delta (which is true). Reason being, the delta exists to rename the library packages for the g++ transition, which didn't apply to Debian.

Meanwhile, here is the changelog from Debian since the last upload in Ubuntu:

healpix-cxx (3.30.0-6) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Revert "Rename library packages for g++5 ABI transition"
    The package has already been built using g++6 anyway.
  * Remove cfitsio version warning (Closes: #852169)

Well, I would prefer if we reverted the rename, then we could carry only an extra Conflicts/Replace instead of the current thing (which can then be dropped on artful+1).

This is based off of the work on freehdl, which was discussed on IRC a few months back.

This bug was fixed in the package healpix-cxx - 3.30.0-6ubuntu1
