* Debian stuff totally revamped with dh rules and source 3.0.
* Now using modern debhelper compatibility level.
* Revised debian/copyright for machine readable format.
* Policy bumped to 4.5.1.
* Home page removed because not more active.
* A few patches are now integrated to have a buildable package.
