Bug Description

I recently edited /etc/hdparm.conf file to and set two different values for AMP level. One is "apm_battery = 128" when using battery and "apm = 255" when it's plugged to charger.
But it seems this setting is only checked when system is starting and when I unplug charger, it can't distinguish and the value of `hdparm -B /dev/sda` doesn't change.
I don't know if it's a bug or not. But it should probably work.
