Bug Description
Steps to Reproduce :
sudo hdparm -S 1 /dev/sda
sudo hdparm -S 12 /dev/sda
sudo hdparm -S 60 /dev/sda
Expected Results:
Drive should go to sleep in 5 seconds.
Drive should go to sleep in 1 minute.
Drive should go to sleep in 5 minutes.
Actual Results:
Drive goes to sleep in 10 minutes.
Drive goes to sleep in 10 minutes.
Drive goes to sleep in 10 minutes.
