Bug Description
The HDF5 library comes with various tools. These are packaged in the Ubuntu package "hdf5-tools". (This web form does not let me add "hdf5-tools", so I use a different package name.)
With version 1.10, a new tool "h5format_convert" was added. Ubuntu does not package this tool with the other tools.
