Ubuntu 18.04.01
Using libhdf5-dev
After installing installing, I need to manually set the environment variables to find the PATH to the serial directories:
ENV C_INCLUDE_PATH /usr/include/
ENV LD_LIBRARY_PATH /usr/lib/
ENV HDF5_DIR /usr/lib/
