Bug Description
The hdf5 library have apparently been compiled without the
C++ support, contrary to previous version (12.04).
As a result, the C++ headers H5Cpp.h and lib (libhdf5_hl_cpp.so, libhdf5_cpp.so)
are missing and any code using C++ API of hdf5 can not compile any more.
Fixing this is simple : just pass --enable_cxx at compilation of hdf5.
