haskell-hsql-postgresql-dev fails to upgrade

Binary package hint: update-manager

update-manager terminates with an error message that the the distribution update didn't work properly and asked to file a bug with the error logs in /var/log/dist-upgrade as an attachment.

Apparently, the following packages/pieces of software were having trouble:
libhc6-hsql-postgresql-dev
libhc6-hsql-dev

There was another empty file apt-term.log.
