Bug Description

Binary package hint: hardware-monitor

Tested on Ubuntu 8.10 Hardware-Monitor 1.4

The final assigned monitored device in vertical bars mode gets reordered to become the first monitored device when Gnome is restarted.

Could the ability to reorder the monitored devices be implemented in the preferences?

Having performed a fresh install of Jaunty and Hardware-Monitor 1.4.1 this bug is no longer evident.

Using 10.10 here, with Hardware-monitor 1.4.2.

I have vertical bars mode enabled, showing individual CPU cores, memory and network I/O. The order of these will change upon a restart of gnome. It seems to be random, unlike the original poster's experience.
