falls over (total fail) at battery check Battery sh: 0: -c requires an argument

hardinfo has been used as part of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/Hardware since hexer is still awaited. It always never used to report battery; but we lived with that. now, is the error hardinfo or pastebin?
