Bug Description

Please upgrade haproxy to the latest stable version as of November 2020.

Debian has packaged version 2.4.7-2 (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/haproxy). However, the Ubuntu package currently includes some additional packages so either the newer version needs to be manually merged with these changes, or if they are alreadey included the newer package can be synced.
