To reproduce put a video into handbrake, enable conversion and choose H.264 (x264) as output code. Fill the box upon the codec 'advanced settings' with
:opencl=1
now start the encode. Result here is plain CPU conversion and this in the handbrake log window
[19:16:59] x264 options: Unknown suboption
[19:16:59] encx264: min-keyint: 30, keyint: 300
[19:16:59] encx264: encoding at constant RF 20,000000
[19:16:59] encx264: unparsed options: =:opencl=1
x264 [info]: using SAR=1/1
x264 [info]: using cpu capabilities: MMX2 SSE2Fast SSSE3 SSE4.2 AVX XOP FMA3 BMI1
x264 [warning]: OpenCL: Unable to find a compatible device
x264 [info]: profile High, level 4.0
Something look incompatible here, anyone with success available?
