Bug Description

Binary package hint: hal

It is a known problem that removable storage devices mounted in async state are not always up-to-date. How about indicating somewhere (maybe in the drive-mount applet using red and green colors) if a drive currently has dirty buffers or if writing has finished? I would really love to be able to pull out my usb stick without having to unmount it by hend. This indicator would at least help a little bit.
