Bug Description

Binary package hint: hal-device-manager

Since the time I connected an USB telephone set to my system the audio card doesn't exist anymore.
I am not able to activate the standard audiocard anymore.

In the mean time the system is upgraded from ubuntu 7.04 up to 7.10 but THAT particular problem stays.

Dear Reader(s), I have removed the SB16 compatible 16 bit IDE card and installed a new pci based audio card and everything is working fine again.

I'm closing this as the reporter has resolved their issue.
