Jonathan, what do you suggest for the text of the release notes here? This bug doesn't seem completely triaged yet, to me, so it's difficult to say anything more than "brightness controls don't work" - I'm not sure that warrants a mention in the release notes, users will find that out quickly enough and there doesn't seem to be a workaround available here yet?
