I confirm #269. Thanks Stephen, I was about to give up!

- Method of msg #264 tried and not working.
- Flashing with "flash.bat" (booting from a USB sitck formatted with HP Format Tool) did work.

Note: if you run the update while the wind is on battery (I know, I'm a bad bad guy), it will immediately fail and give the apparently unrelated message:

"bios has no flash information available"
