Bug Description

Binary package hint: hal-info

It seems that the new way of recognizing Nokia S60 phones by their storage.model doesn't work with all the S60 phones after all. I have a Nokia E51 which reports its storage.model as "E51", not "S60" as expected by http://cgit.freedesktop.org/hal-info/commit/?id=d19b5591cb49342e0fda1e7790231c2d0c48fa5c.

I'm running jaunty with stock hal-info (20090407-0ubuntu1).

(I guess the real problem is that this model isn't really a music player, but can be used as such. It could just as well be used as a (rather crappy) camera. It does have two USB connection modes, but PC Suite is for using it as a modem, I guess all other uses classify as "mass storage". I have access to a real music phone (N81), I'll see how it reports itself.)

I forgot about the N81 test. The current version of 10-usb-music-players.fdi seems to work correctly with it.
