Bug Description
Binary package hint: hal-info
Vertical scrolling was working in jaunty, but it stoped at some point (as far as I remember it was hal-info update, not sure).

Same here for my toshiba tecra A9.
It worked with Jaunty alpha3, but after some updates it no longer does.
