Bug Description
I have Left Alt+Shift confirured to cycle layouts forward and Right Alt+Shift configured to cycle them back. It was done via gXNeur.
While cycling forward works (there is an issue i will add as a separate bug) cycling back does not at all.

настроил левые альт-шифт дла перключения вперёд, правые – для переключения назад. вперёд работает (правда, тоже с проблемами). назад -- не работает совсем.
Linix: Mint 17 (Ubuntu 14.04) 64 bit
Layouts: en_US, de_DE, ru_RU, ua_UA
