Scrolling is not smooth and continuous when using vertical scrollbars by clicking and dragging in Gwibber

When the vertical scroll bar is used to scroll the gwibber window, the scrolling is not smooth and continuous.

I second this. Currently, gwibber 3.1.x is scrolling tile-wise, which is extremely unintuitive and annoying. This is mostly because a) tiles don't have equal height and b) the window content jumps by big amounts, as tiles might be high.
