When the vertical scroll bar is used to scroll the gwibber window, the scrolling is not smooth and continuous.

I second this. Currently, gwibber 3.1.x is scrolling tile-wise, which is extremely unintuitive and annoying. This is mostly because a) tiles don't have equal height and b) the window content jumps by big amounts, as tiles might be high.
