gwibber toolbar not draggable like the rest of ubuntu

Bug Description

In most applications, even the most recent software centre, you can drag the tool bar to move the window. The latest version of gwibber (as of 2011-9-3) you can not. However they have updated the theme to the gradient style tool bar (which usually would show that tool bar as drag-able)
