What happens : the vertical scrollbar on the right hand of a stream panel has a classic style.

What should happen : the vertical scrollbar should have the new orante overlay style.

Yeah, should be there either for left and right menu support for overlay-scrollbar. Marked as triaged and sent to upstream tracker for now. Thank you
