Send with icons should be entirely greyed-out to indicate when they are disabled.

Gwibber 2.32.2
It's hard to be confident which accounts are enabled for posting, as there isn't much visual difference between the active and inactive icon states. Tooltip on hovering the cursor reveals when one is disabled, but that's not convenient for at-a-glace checking.
It would be better if, in addition to the current contrast (?) change, saturation was dropped to 0 to make them greyscale - see "2nd greyed" part of attached image.
