Flickr account doesn't appear in account tree

I have an account configured, but it doesn't show up in the tree. And I don't get Flickr messages in the message stream.

OK, ted's case isn't really a bug, it is just not clear what the flickr plugin does. It only accesses your public stream of contacts, using the flickr.photos.getContactsPublicPhotos API. So if you stream is private, it is empty as far as Gwibber knows. We need improve the accounts dialog to include some guide text explaining that.

Or improve the Flickr plugin so it does private streams :)
