maybe this crashed are connected with bug 600010, please could you upgrade to the latest release 2.31.92-0ubuntu1 and check if is still occurring? Thanks.

Problem is solved for me with version 2.31.94-0ubuntu1.
No more crashes and update of twitter is ok.
