Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwibber

When launching gwibber, and trying to add a facebook account this message appears in the authorisation box:
Unable to load page

Problem occurred while loading the URL http://www.facebook.com/login.php?req_perms=publish_stream%2Cread_stream%2Cstatus_update%2Coffline_access&cancel_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fconnect%2Flogin_failure.html&fbconnect=true&connect_display=popup&v=1.0&return_session=true&api_key=71b85c6d8cb5bbb9f1a3f8bbdcdd4b05&next=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fconnect%2Flogin_success.html

Cannot resolve hostname

I use a proxy to connect to the internet, it is set globaly using the system settings, is this a problem with gwibber ignoring this infomation?

I am running maverick, with gwibber version 2.31.1.
