Hash tag links containing non-ascii characters are not displayed properly. Example: #Eyjafjallajökull

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwibber

I tagged one of my twitter posts with "#Eyjafjallajökull" (the erupting volcano in Iceland). In Gwibber, the hash tag link stops at the last 'j', right before the 'ö'.
