Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwibber

Testing the final release (20100427.1), selecting Broadcast Accounts from the ubuntu menu on the status bar, then pressing cancel when asked to generate a keyring password causes the program to crash. Reproduced on i386 with 20100427 image.

This crash has the same stack trace characteristics as bug #556626. However, the latter was already fixed in an earlier package version than the one in this report. This might be a regression or because the problem is in a dependent package.

Bug 556626 and bug 532524 weren't actually fixed by a code change rather the bug's status was changed to Fix Released.
