Shortcut keys inconsistent between gwibber and empathy

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwibber

Empathy Edit menu
  Accounts F4
  Person Information
  ------------------------
  Preferences

Gwibber Edit menu
  Accounts Shift+Ctrl+A
  Preferences Ctrl+P

As you can see, Gwibber and Empathy have different shortcut keys for "Accounts" and Empathy has no shurtcut key at all for "Preferences".

bug 516939 for accounts shortkey, bug 317056 for refresh as F5 because many apps refresh with F5 and its a single than using ctrl+r.

@Lightbreeze, I looked into so many different apps and it seems except for evolution there is no gnome app which offers a shortkey for preferences. on the third party side. pidgin, amsn, emescene all use ctrl+p

empathy wont get a shortkey for preferences as no other gnome app except evolution uses a shortkey. Is there any standard key for Accounts?
