Bug Description
Binary package hint: gwibber
The System -> Preferences menu has both "Gwibber Social Accounts" and "Gwibber Social Settings" entries. This is already a terribly overcrowded menu, which scrolls off the bottom of my laptop screen by a good six or seven entries. Please could you restrain yourselves to just one entry here, and unify these two preferences windows?
The effect is made more jarring by the fact that both entries have the same icon, although I don't think changing one of the icons would really be an adequate fix for this bug.

I don't see any sense in Gwibber having either accounts or general settings in the menu - Empathy has neither in the menu.
User accounts for both applications are accessed through the Messaging Menu and general settings accessed through each program.
No other application has preferences in the System menu.
So why does Gwibber?
