Bug Description

1. Add an Online Account for social media in System Settings
2. Open Gwibber. See all the messages from this account.
3. Remove the Online Account

What Happens
New messages for that account will not show up, but old ones still show

What Should Happen
Old messages should be removed from display when you remove the account since it can assumed you don't really want to see them any more.
