Bug Description
1. Open Gwibber
2. Click "Show" to show an image in a Twitter tweet
3. Scroll because it doesn't fit in the window
The image closes, defeating the whole point of the exercise.

I see what you're talking about. The image isn't closing per se, Gwibber is simply moving on to the next tweet as it is designed to scroll one tweet at a time. It does seem that with Facebook entries the images get shrunk to a more managable size. Maybe something like this can implemented for images in Twitter as well.
