Epiphany's version in Ubuntu 10.4 is 2.30.
epiphany-extension-gwget requires 2.29 <= epiphany-browser < 2.30, so it can't be installed.

I can't reproduce this in maverick, although I can agreed that epiphany-extension-gwget should depend on epiphany-extensions in maverick (it currently doesn't)

gwget2 (1.0.4-1.1ubuntu0.1) lucid-proposed; urgency=low

  * Build-Depends on epiphany-browser-dev (>= 2.30)
    and fix install issue epiphany-extension-gwget by Depends on
    epiphany-extensions (>= 2.30) (LP: #617614)
  * Extension description compatible with Epiphany 2.30.
