Bug Description

Depending on how a file is opened in Gwenview, the relevant folder may be added to the "recent folders" list with an additional trailing slash (e.g. file:///home/username/Pictures// instead of file:///home/username/Pictures/). This results in the possibility for having the same folder included in the list twice.

I have tested the following behaviours:

Gains additional trailing slash:
* File menu > Open file...
* File menu > Open recent > select a file
* Home page > Recent Folders > select a folder
* Home page > Recent Files > select a file
* Browse view > Location navigation (text mode) > enter directory name with trailing slash

Does not gain additional trailing slash:
* Browse view > Location navigation (click mode)
* Browse view > Location navigation (text mode) > enter directory name without trailing slash

I would expect that only one trailing slash is present on the end of the URLs, i.e. the behaviour of the second group.
