Bug Description
Kubuntu 14.04 Gwenview had a feature which I would call "infinite drag scrolling".
This means I had any image, which did not fit to the screen and I dragged, the cursor would not stop at the screen edges, but just wrap around and "come in" from the other side. This would allow very large pictures (e.g. panoramas) to be scrolled in a continuous wipe.
After a update to Kubuntu 16.04 this very cool feature is missing (at least for me).
Gwenview: 16.04.3
KDE Frameworks 5.28.0
Qt 5.6.1
