Bug Description
Binary package hint: gvfs
After doing an partial update from intrepid to jaunty, I ran across the following problem:
From .xsession-errors:
gnome-panel: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/
This happened because gvfs was already on 1.1.4 while libgvfscommon0 still on 1.0.2.
libgvfscommon0 1.1.4-0ubuntu2:
$ objdump -T /usr/lib/
000000000000e3c0 g DF .text 00000000000000bb Base g_vfs_icon_get_type
libgvfscommon0 1.0.2-0ubuntu1:
$ objdump -T tmp/usr/
(no output)

thank you for your bug report, there is no need to specify the ubuntu version you are using in the title that creates confusions on whether the issue is specific to this version or there since this version, use the description rather
