Bug Description

Transferring files via sftp using nautilus is very slow.

Example scenario:
1. Navigate to sftp://myserver.local/directory/ on my laptop.
2. Drag "BigFile.dat" to the desktop.
3. Watch as the file transfers at 1.4MB/s
4. Abort the transfer.
5. Open a terminal.
6. $ scp myserver.local:/directory/BigFile.dat ~/Desktop/
7. Watch as the file transfers at 2.6MB/s
