Bug Description
Binary package hint: gvfs
I was running VirtualBox OCE on a Lenovo 3000 C100 laptop and was having trouble getting my mouse to work. After enabling the Accessibility Keypad Mouse option, Windows XP Home found the USB device which controls the wireless keypad and mouse. At that point the computer froze, possibly as a result of inserting the wrong Logitech CD (I have 3). After waiting over 30 minutes for something to happen, all the time having no control over either keypad or mouse I turned off the computer.
On restarting my problems really began as I had no boot option and the boot list scrolling faster than the eye could read. All sorts of boot problems and repeated auto rejects of username and password, when neither was even entered. I suspect I will need to reinstall from a CD burned with my desktop computer.
The OS is Intrepid Ibex, Alpha 6.

I loaded my Alpha 6 CD and after a restart was able to start in recovery mode, which fixed all the problems. Well done, developers.
