Bug Description

I have an SSD device which is my old internal disk that I keep as a data backup. This SSD contains multiple partitions: Windows (reserved partition, data and recovery), Linux (Ext4) and EFI partition.

When I plug this device with USB, it is mount and umount about every seconds. Here is my dmesg log: https://pastebin.com/CmuygSBZ
From 19712.438747 to 19984.763126, the device was connected to one of my USB3 port and from 19992.696855 to the end, the SSD was connected to another USB3 port.

I tried to connect the SSD on another laptop with Ubuntu 20.04 LiveUSB and I reproduce the issue. I tried to connect it on another desktop with Windows 10 and I don't have any issue with the disk.
