Get that error logged on a fresh xenial 64 install, with a gnome-shell session

I, too, have this exact same error message.

Xubuntu 16.04.1

It happens every time after I unlock the session. An additional Problem that might be connected - tough I have no idea: Every time after I unlock the session keyboard shortcuts like Alt+F2 or Strg+Alt+<right> fail for several seconds.
