chrash when i try to open my galaxy note under ubuntu 13.04. Unable to mount it.

Are you trying to plug it into a USB3 port. There seems to be some compatibility problem between the galaxy note and usb3 ports. It will connect and then almost instantly disconnect afterwards - leading to this crash - of course, it's not the crash that's stopping it working.

Same problem with Galaxy Tab 10.1 (GT-7510), using a USB 2 port.

Usb 2 was used. Usb not widely available here yet.
