Bug Description
When the white balance temperature checkbox is unmarked, the white balance temperature does not change immediately to the value being set manually. Instead this value needs to be changed in order the white balance to apply.

Thanks a lot for reporting this, however since guvcview is not included on the Ubuntu Desktop image, this does not qualify as a paper cut.
